Nino Aleksidze, MD

Alabama Oncology Hematology Associates welcomes Dr. Nino Aleksidze to Montgomery Cancer Center. No stranger to our community, she has a long-standing reputation of treating hematology and medical oncology patients in Central Alabama.

Dr. Aleksidze completed her internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, New Jersey. She went on to finish her hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. While there, she received the distinct honor of Hematology & Oncology Chief Fellow.

She is board-certified in internal medicine, oncology, and hematology, and is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and American Society of Hematology (ASH). Dr. Aleksidze has contributed to clinical research, published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and has presented her work at national hematology and oncology conferences.

Dr. Aleksidze is married to a local internal medicine hospitalist, and they are the proud parents of one son. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach with her family and traveling.
