Shavon Paul - Program Coordinator

Shavon Paul serves as the Program Coordinator for the Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program (MFMRP). She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Boston and brings nine years of experience in Graduate Medical Education. Since joining MFMRP in August 2025, Shavon has been committed to supporting residents and ensuring the program meets all ACGME requirements. 

Outside of work, Shavon enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to live music, watching documentaries and growing her plant collection. She also loves creating memorable moments with family and friends. Shavon is especially proud of her son, who is currently studying Biological Science at UMass Lowell, Class of 2029.
