Samantha M. Lloy, MD

Dr. Samantha Lloy, Breast Surgeon Oncologist, received her medical degree from the Saint James School of Medicine Anguilla, in eastern Caribbean. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

She completed her General Surgery residency at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Lloy went on to complete her Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Saint John’s Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, California.

Board certified in General Surgery, Dr. Lloy’s clinical interests include benign and malignant breast disease, breast conserving surgery, advanced oncoplastic breast surgery, nipple reconstruction, mastectomy with reconstruction or aesthetic flat closure, and management of patients at high risk for Breast Cancer.

She is a proud member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology and American College of Surgeons.

In her spare time, Dr. Lloy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, trying new restaurants and cuisines, and traveling.
