Page Axley, MD

Dr. Page Axley received her medical degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, she is a proud member of the American Gastroenterology Association, American College of Gastroenterology, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Dr. Axley’s clinical interests include a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, such as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, swallowing disorders (Dysphagia), Eosinophilic Esophagitis, Celiac Disease, Colon Cancer, Hemorrhoids, Peptic Ulcer Disease, Liver Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She performs and specializes in screening and diagnostic colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, hemorrhoid banding and Colon Cancer screenings. 

Her awards and honors include the American Gastroenterological Association Early Career Investigator Award and UCF Dean’s Award. She is also a recipient of the American College of Physicians Young Achiever Award and Doug Milne Scholarship.

Married with one daughter, she and her husband enjoy traveling with family, spending time with friends, hiking, running and reading.
