About Me
Dr. Jack Klem earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to complete both General Surgery and Neurosurgery residencies at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Klem also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering and applied science from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Board certified in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Klem specializes in disorders of the brain and spine, including Complex Spinal Conditions and Neurotrauma. Dr. Klem previously served as Medical Director of Neurosurgery and Neurotrauma at the HCA Florida Kendall Hospital and Trauma Center in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Awarded Weatherby Healthcare’s Locum Tenens of the Year Award, he is a proud Fellow of both the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Klem enjoys traveling and playing soccer in his spare time and is fluent in Spanish and Polish.
