Senior Advantage
Lifeline
Lifeline is a personal emergency
response system. A way to get help when you cant call for help
yourself. The program was started by Baptist Health in 1982 as a
community service with donations from the community to pay for the
equipment and for people who are not able to pay for the service. As a
result of the community support, it is open to anyone in the community.
There are currently over 600 people in central Alabama that are served by
Lifeline.
