Ginger Henry joined Prattville Baptist Hospital in 1998. She served as manager of the Emergency Department until 2003 when she was promoted to chief nursing officer. A year later, she was appointed administrator.

In 1992, Ginger earned an Associate Degree in nursing from Troy University and has worked as a nurse ever since. In 1997, she received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Auburn University at Montgomery . She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau, an international nursing honor society.
