Baptist Health Names Administrator for Baptist Medical Center East

November 2004 -- Mindy Burdick has been appointed Administrator for Baptist Medical Center East. She comes to Baptist Health from Missouri. An energetic, hands-on leader, Mindy has over 15 years of senior level healthcare management experience that includes servings as COO, Vice President for Patient Care Services, and Clinical Director of Nursing Services for several health systems in Texas. Her track record indicates her ability to grow volume and services, and to increase patient and physician satisfaction. Mindy earned a Master of Science in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and a Master in Science in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, she has achieved the level of Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
