Mindy Burdick joined Baptist Health in 2004 as administrator of Baptist Medical Center East. She has over 15 years of senior level healthcare management experience that includes serving as chief operating officer, vice president for Patient Care Services, and clinical director of Nursing Services for several health systems in Texas. Her track record indicates her ability to grow volume and services, and to increase patient and physician satisfaction.

Mindy earned a Master of Science in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and a Master of Science in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
