Lynne Parker has been dedicated to Baptist Medical Center South and Baptist Health for more than 30 years. During her tenure, she has served in various roles including clinical instructor, associate director of nursing, vice president of patient care, associate administrator, administrator and CEO.

Prior to joining Baptist Health, Lynne held positions at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center in Anniston and Jacksonville State University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville State University, a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama and a Health Services Development Certification from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 1999, she receive the Alabama League of Nursing Lamplighter Award. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
