Ginger Henry joined Prattville Baptist Hospital in 1998. She served as manager of the Emergency Department until 2003 when she was promoted to chief nursing officer. A year later, she was appointed administrator. Ginger now serves as the administrator/chief nursing officer (CNO) of Prattville Baptist Hospital.

Recently, Ginger earned her master's in business adminstarion from Auburn Montgomery. In 1992, Ginger earned an Associate Degree in nursing from Troy University and has worked as a nurse ever since. In 1997, she received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Auburn University at Montgomery . She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau, an international nursing honor society.
