Joint Commission Notification

When an employee, physician or any other individual who provides care, treatment or services has any concerns about patient care and safety in the organization, he or she is encouraged to contact the hospital's management.

If the concerns in question cannot be resolved at that level, the individual may contact the Joint Commission at (800) 994-6610 or by e-mail at complaint@jointcommission.org.

No disciplinary action will be taken because an individual reports safety or quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.
