Small Wonders Women's and Children's ServicesServices

Life is full of special gifts. Often, it is the small wonders that bless and delight us in the most amazing ways.

To Baptist Health babies are small wonders. We have happily been a part of thousands of births. In fact, we deliver more miracles of birth each year than any other facility in Central Alabama.

Having a baby is an exciting time for parents and families. However, it can also be a time filled with many questions about labor and delivery, parenting and safety. To help prepare expecting parents, new parents and their families, Baptist Health provides a comprehensive parent/family education program.

Expectant moms should register for the Childbirth Preparation Class or Childbirth Preparation Boot Camp by the fifth month of pregnancy for best selection as class space is limited. Ideally, expectant moms should try to complete the Childbirth Preparation Class four to six weeks before your due date.

Registration is required for all classes. Please call (334) 273-4445 or e-mail smallwonders@baptistfirst.org to schedule your class. A 10 percent class discount is available to Baptist Health employees and members of the military. ID required.
