General Health Assessment

How healthy are your habits?

People who adopt healthy lifestyle habits can add years to their life, a recent study shows the small choices you make every day have a big impact on your health. How big? A recent study from China of more than 70,000 women ages 40 to 70 found that adhering to healthy lifestyle habits reduced the risk of early death by more than 40 percent.

The good news: Adopting healthy behaviors doesn’t mean a major overhaul, just a focus on the choices you make and an awareness of how you can help your own health. Take our health risk assessment to see where you stand and learn how a few new habits can add years to your life.
