If you have concerns or complaints, please talk to your doctor, nurse or other care giver about any of your concerns. If you have a problem that cannot be solved by them, please call the hospital and ask the operator for the patient advocate or nursing supervisor. We will work hard to resolve your complaint in a timely manner. If you would rather write us, address the letter to the Chief Nursing Officer at the hospital. You can freely voice your complaints and suggestions without it affecting your care, treatment or services.
