Baptist Health presents a live nativity scene

As a way to celebrate Christmas, Baptist Health, Faith Radio and the Wyndridge neighborhood is hosting a live nativity scene from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 21 and Monday, Dec. 22 at the DeBoer building (301 Brown Springs Road) behind the Baptist Medical Center East campus and across from the Winton Blount Post Office in Montgomery, Ala.

This the fourth year Baptist Health, Faith Radio and the Wyndridge neighborhood have partnered together to draw people to hear the message of the gospel. This family-oriented event is free of charge.

Baptist Health, Faith Radio and the Wyndridge neighborhood is not hoping to portray a factual nativity scene, but only to center on the good news of the birth of Jesus Christ. Children in costumes and live animals will help create the atmosphere of the nativity scene. An automated narration of the Christmas story will be playing.

Attendees are allowed to park and walk up to the nativity scene to view the animals and characters. There will also be a designated driving route for those wishing to stay in cars to view the event.
