Joint Commission Notification

When an employee, member of the medical staff or patient/family has any concerns about patient care or safety in the organization, he or she is encouraged to contact the hospital/s management. If the concerns in question cannot be resolved at the level, the individual may contact the Joint Commission (800-994-6610) or by e-mail (complaint@jcaho.org). No action will be taken because an individual reports concerns to the Joint Commission.
