Appointments

You can make an appointment by calling 334-613-3680 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please arrive on time for your appointment and we will do our very best to see you on time. 

All new patients should arrive twenty minutes early to complete new patient processing.  Remember to bring your insurance card. Appointments for routine care should be made in advance. We will also be glad to see you on an urgent basis should the need arise but cannot guarantee that you will get to see your regular physician in these cases. We are committed to providing you the best and fastest care possible.  

Please remember to bring your insurance card and your driver's license with you to every appointment.
